English Muffin, Chicken Sausage, et al.

Talk about diversity. Usually when I’m just cooking for myself, I throw together whatever I have around to get as close to a balanced meal as possible. I’m pretty sure I hit all major food groups tonight.

On the menu was a duplicate of last night’s cream cheese and salmon whole wheat English muffin, spicy chicken sausage with Grey Poupon, peas, and half a mashed banana with almond butter atop the other half of English muffin. Not to forget the glass of Santa Barbara Landing Chenin Blanc.

The banana English muffin was a highlight…and probably a new breakfast staple.

Now I absolutely must go outside. This weather is amazing!
