Pumpkin Pie Won Tons

After a get-the-job-done dinner of an egg white omelet with broccoli, bell pepper, onion & Parmesan, I felt like experimenting.

The concoction was Pumpkin Pie Won Tons. I'm so excited about these! All they're made up of is leftover pumpkin pie pudding (or a mixture of pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and a little brown sugar) with a couple white chocolate chips and won ton skins. Put a spoonful of the pumpkin mixture on a won ton square, add a couple white chocolate chips, wet two edges of the won ton and fold over. Bake at 375 for 6-7 minutes and top with powdered sugar.
I ate 4 1/3 of these...now I'm not feeling that great. Woops.
